*Set-Aside Alert

As you grow your business, you need to know and understand how to protect your assets while subcontracting through larger primes and while bidding as a prime contractor on your own. Success in this arena involves teaming agreements, subcontracts, protection of intellectual property (such as data rights and computer software), and appropriately based protests. Set-Aside Alert and Barton, Baker, McMahon & Tolle have put together a four-part series that puts you in the driver's seat in these critical areas of knowledge.
